Anna teaches with a dynamic and creative yet gentle approach that makes her
classes a unique blend of strong flowing postures (asanas) , mindful breathing
and inner awareness. She emphasises breath and movement synchronization ,
and adjusts her classes to meet her students’ specific needs and requirements.
Being a qualified yoga therapist (see Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy) , she also
offers one-to-one sessions with a focus on individual problems and personal
goals as a way to help encourage her clients develop their own yoga-practice
and to enhance their health and well-being.
