By turning our awareness inwards it helps us to recognise and remove conflicts
hidden in the unconscious part of the mind and thus transform negativity and tension
into peace and well-being. Meditation can also generate deep relaxation, relieve

Anna has practiced meditation for the last ten years and has been taught by
teachers from both eastern and western traditions. Her main practice is
Vipassana meditation, which means insight. Having spent prolonged time in
India at several meditation retreats, Anna now emphasizes meditation as a
way of life and well-being. She qualified as a meditation teacher in 2005 and
now teaches both group and individual meditation classes.
