Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a unique healing method that combines yoga
with mind-body psychotherapy. By using the body in specific yoga postures
it enhances our awareness of the body-mind relationship and also releases
physical and emotional tension, body-stored memories and blockages.
   

A PRYT session is a one-on-one process, lasting for an hour and a half.
Clients are held and supported in specifically selected yoga postures whilst
being brought to the edge of physical sensation. Using guided breathing and
verbal dialogue these sensations are explored as a way to gain physical and
emotional release and mental clarity.
